Conference feedback report and recommendations

About these reports

These reports give an overview of the ITAKOM 2023 conference, remit, and audience, before reporting on attendee feedback and recommendations for future event organisers. Our attendees were very generous with their time, sharing over 16,000 words of feedback across all aspects of the conference, allowing in-depth reflection on this event - and what might be next.

There are two ITAKOM feedback reports available from this website:

1. Executive report (5 pages): Brief background information about ITAKOM, headlines from attendee feedback, abbreviated selection of event organising recommendations
2. Full report (34 pages): More detailed overview of ITAKOM with event photos throughout, quantitative and qualitative data by topic/conference aspect, and detailed event organising recommendations by topic. All information from the executive report is included in this report.

Both reports are written to be accessible to readers who did not attend ITAKOM 2023, though you may wish to review them in conjunction with the full conference programme, available on this page.
